Customer Experience Business Strategist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced business transformation professional to collaborate with clients in scoping, designing, and implementing customer technology solutions.
- Participate in the full project lifecycle from initial research and business case development to project planning, execution, and close-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes by facilitating workshops and collaborating on projects aimed at enhancing organisational results and customer experience.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders to develop effective solutions for complex business issues.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in business transformation at Senior Consultant Level.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and insights.
