The Project Manager will oversee the implementation and operationalisation of a complex PMO initiative.

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of software and business change workstreams.

  • Coordinate activities across technical and business groups, ensuring effective collaboration between IT, configuration specialists, and operational stakeholders.

  • Maintain and oversee project plans, risk and issue logs, and status reporting to stakeholders.

  • Balance delivery using Waterfall methodologies for legacy software development alongside business-led operational adoption.

  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and business groups, ensuring both are aligned on deliverables and timelines.

  • Lead governance and reporting activities, including updates to senior stakeholders.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely escalation of blockers.

  • Support operational readiness and the smooth handover of configuration ownership to business super-users.
