Key Bartender Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Key Bartender to oversee the bar operations and create exceptional guest experiences in one of our established clients, a 4* hotel based in Killarney, Co. Kerry.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive product knowledge, and a flair for mixology. As the Key Bartender, you will lead a team of bartenders and ensure the highest standards of service.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience as a Head Bartender or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organization, communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of different shifts which will include nights and weekends.
Benefits:
  • A competitive hourly rate of €16,00 – €17,00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Free parking & meals on duty.
