Bookkeeper

This permanent part-time role is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to take charge of invoicing, account reconciliations, payment runs and bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • 5 years' experience in a similar capacity
  • Finance qualification an asset
  • Confident to work independently

The selected individual will be responsible for:

  1. Invoice processing and management
  2. Account reconciliation and analysis
  3. Payment runs and bank reconciliations
  4. Preparation and submission of all necessary tax returns including VAT returns, PAYE/PRSI returns
  5. Month end reporting and review
  6. Liaising with external auditors in relation to statutory accounts

Skillset includes:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Month end reporting
  • Reconciliations
