We are currently looking for a skilled Technical Project Coordinator to support our project delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit technical submittals and supplier documentation in line with project specifications, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist with pricing, costing, and quotations for projects and variations, providing cost-effective solutions.
  • Draft and maintain safety statements and risk assessments, guaranteeing a safe working environment.
  • Carry out take-offs from drawings and specifications for ordering and pricing, minimizing errors.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor and control stock levels to meet project requirements, reducing waste and excess inventory.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to site teams, enhancing collaboration and productivity.
  • Support project managers with technical and commercial documentation, ensuring accurate and complete information.
Requirements:
  • Background in electrical contracting, M&E, or construction administration, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and commercial documentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications, identifying key details and nuances.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), with experience in estimating or stock management software an advantage.
  • Good communication skills, enabling effective liaison with suppliers, engineers, site teams, and clients.
