Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar HR capacity.
  • Education to degree level or demonstrable equivalent experience.
  • Good Employee Relations experience with extensive knowledge of Irish employment law and an understanding of NI law would be an advantage.
  • The ability to drive change in a fast-moving commercial environment.
  • Ability to travel to other offices as required (full driving licence and own transport).
