As a strategic HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's human resources direction.
Working closely with the HR Manager, you will be responsible for integrating new acquisitions and supporting organisational changes across Irish operations.
You will coach line managers on performance, engagement, and talent development, overseeing the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to exit.
Maintaining strong relationships with recruitment partners through regular reviews and assessments, you will build managerial capability, support high-potential talent, and lead succession planning.
Coordinating training identified in quarterly reviews, managing logistics, updating the training matrix, and reporting completion status are also key aspects of this role.
Ensuring policies meet Irish legislation and employee documentation is GDPR-compliant, as well as delivering benefits administration seamlessly across the Island of Ireland, are critical responsibilities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar HR capacity.
- Education to degree level or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- Good Employee Relations experience with extensive knowledge of Irish employment law and an understanding of NI law would be an advantage.
- The ability to drive change in a fast-moving commercial environment.
- Ability to travel to other offices as required (full driving licence and own transport).
