
Lead Customer Retention Strategist

Join a leading national organisation in the mobile division on a maternity cover contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of customer management, driving customer satisfaction and business growth through retention, loyalty, and upsell campaigns. You will develop strategic propositions informed by customer insight and market trends.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and delivering customer management strategy, campaigns, and lifecycle communications
- Developing propositions informed by customer insight and market trends
- Driving retention, reducing churn, and increasing customer lifetime value
- Leading cross-functional go-to-market planning and execution
- Optimising customer journeys and driving improvements to the in-life experience
- Acting as the voice of the customer in pricing and proposition decisions
Requirements:
- 3–5 years' experience in commercial roles within telecoms, mobile, or a subscription-based business
- Working knowledge of the competitive landscape across telecoms is critical for this role
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and CRM
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel campaigns
- Data-driven mindset and passion for customer experience
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
