Job Description:

The role of Supply Chain Coordinator requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate the creation of an overall supply plan for specific plants and 3rd party suppliers within a designated franchise scope.

This position interfaces with production scheduling, procurement, and customer service to ensure an integrated approach to supply planning. Key responsibilities include supporting the creation of a Master Resource Plan based on latest demand signal to cover production or purchase needs up to a 24-month time horizon.

Additional responsibilities include developing capacity plans to identify potential bottlenecks or risks to supply and recommending proposals to mitigate them. The Supply Chain Coordinator will also monitor and coach development phase for supply planning responsibilities scoped to limited products/segments of the portfolio.

Other key responsibilities include setting correct inventory levels by understanding demand volatility and supply chain lead times, tracking supply plan execution with production scheduling and buying to ensure operationalization and performance deviation mitigation, and providing effective communication and confirmation back from supply planning to demand plan via daily, weekly, and monthly executive supply processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree level 8 in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain management.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in production, supply, or demand planning roles with demonstrated knowledge and experience gained.
  • IT planning system experience including SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
