Job Title:

A seasoned leader in Human Resources is sought to oversee the entire spectrum of HR functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Compliance and risk management, ensuring adherence to relevant employment legislation and best practices.
  • Developing job descriptions and employee contracts that align with business objectives.
  • Delivering staff induction, training programs, and Health Safety & Welfare at work Act 2005 compliance.
  • Strategic HR data management, maintaining confidentiality, and record-keeping.
  • Time Management System updates and staff training initiatives.
  • Evaluating employee performance, conducting appraisals, and policy development.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with a preference for hotel industry exposure but not essential.
  • Certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a degree in Human Resource Management.
  • In-depth understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
