High-Performing Product Strategist Wanted

We are seeking a high-performing individual to lead and develop marketing strategies for specific products or product lines.

The successful candidate will drive the marketing vision, identify key opinion leaders, develop relationships, execute end-to-end marketing strategies, support service and product launches, build strong relationships with stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and conduct market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategic vision for key services within therapy areas including Nutrition, Homecare Services, Wellstone Renal Clinics, Wound Care, Infection Prevention, Urology, and Stoma.
  • Identify and develop key relationships with Key Opinion Leaders through commercial activities, delivering partnership, brand, and company advocacy, trust, and openness.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for leading brands.
  • Support service and product launches, promotional campaigns, and education initiatives to drive brand engagement and adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Sales, Regulatory, and Clinical to ensure successful product lifecycle management.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, trends, and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of medical device market, customer segmentation, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • A passion for innovation and delivering solutions that improve patient outcomes.
  • Degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business, health economics, or healthcare management.
  • 3+ years in product management ideally within the healthcare or medical device sector.
