This leadership role is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our store management team. As a key member, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability within the store while creating a unique brand experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide inspiration and leadership to the sales team by setting clear expectations and leading by example.
- Support and drive business strategy through strong teamwork and effective communication.
- Empower your team to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills, and actively seek opportunities for development.
- Remain calm under pressure and make rational decisions in challenging situations.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, training, and developing new employees.
- Support in identifying training and development needs, and seeking opportunities for people to fulfill their potential.
- Provide feedback on employee performance, helping to develop their skills where needed.
- Have strong awareness of the store as a business, and clearly demonstrate knowledge of its performance.
- Communicate daily sales targets and results to ensure all employees understand their role in delivering them.
- Be an ambassador for the brand and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Ascertain customers' needs and wants, and meet individual and store sales targets by maximizing sales opportunities.
- Ensure store operations are in line with brand expectations and company practice.
- Promote excellence in visual standards and ensure all store banking and administration is reconciled each day.
- Maintain best practice within stock room and store office to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Protect stock and other assets through promoting awareness of loss prevention within the team.
- Manage multiple demands and shifting priorities, working to ensure deadlines are met and standards maintained.
- Effectively delegate tasks to your team based on their strengths and area of responsibilities.
