Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional brand experiences.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing key clients, developing and executing successful campaigns, and overseeing teams to drive business growth.

  • Campaign Management:
    • Develop and execute new and existing client campaigns from strategy to implementation.
    • Manage campaign timelines and implementation plans to ensure timely delivery.
    • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead a team of professionals across various departments, including Creative, Production, and Staffing.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and drive business outcomes.
    • Regularly communicate with senior team members to ensure alignment and achieve goals.
  • Finance:
    • Develop and manage campaign budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize returns.
    • Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Client Services:
    • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION.
    • Attend client meetings and provide expert advice to drive business outcomes.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
