Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the product experience by analyzing customer and business problems, and delivering elegant solutions. You will drive design execution, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to align on business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer and business problems to identify pain points
  • Create impactful and elegant solutions to problems
  • Strategically think of the product from high level to connect the missing dots
  • Take full cycle ownership of work from ideation, design, review, and feedback in final test build and after release
  • Co-lead team with Product managers and Developers
  • Mentor designers in your team
  • Perform design reviews and one to one
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a product designer in fast-paced environments (preferably scale-ups or startups)
  • 1-2 years of experience as a lead product designer, managing and mentoring teams
  • Strong expertise in both UX and UI design
  • Passionate about design and continuous learning
  • Experienced with design systems
  • Ability to work autonomously and empower team members
