Cpl Healthcare's Customer Experience Executive will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing office support and managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage membership applications and respond to membership emails.
- Collaborate with maintenance and support partners to ensure vehicle availability.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Process fines and penalties accurately and on time.
- Organise purchase orders for invoices.
- Develop training programs for dealership staff on mobility services.
- Log technical issues with technical suppliers.
- Monitor customer reviews and respond to online queries.
- Analyse customer support reports to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Manage company expenses on relevant platforms.
- Process outstanding payments.
- Prepare vehicle condition reports for vehicles removed from the fleet.
- Perform general administrative duties.
