Job Role

Forescout is dedicated to securing the Enterprise of Things with proactive defense. Our unified security platform enables enterprises and government agencies to focus on Zero Trust segmentation, IT/OT convergence, and OT/ICS innovation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Forescout products and environments in which they are deployed.
  • Solve complex technical problems for customers and act as an adviser to less experienced team members.
  • Complete assigned duties with minimal direction from Technical Services Leadership.
  • Monitor and develop knowledge assets to enable customer self-sufficiency.
Leadership Duties:
  • Ensure operational excellence of a technical support team.
  • Day-to-day leadership of front-line Support Engineers, including hiring, training, and developing a highly qualified team.
  • Guarantee support team delivers high-quality customer support through metrics and hands-on approach.
  • Manage escalation of customer issues and ensure necessary processes and policies are in place.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 8 years of experience in customer support management.
  • Strong understanding of support processes and methodologies, including Salesforce.com.
  • Knowledge/experience of routing, switching, traffic monitoring, and spanning.
