Job Description
In today's dynamic environment, we're seeking a skilled professional to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in managing cyber risk and ensuring the security of our systems.

About the Role
This is a challenging position that requires strong technical skills and excellent customer service abilities. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, providing expert guidance to customers, and collaborating with our team to resolve technical problems.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Provide expert guidance to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge assets to enable customer self-sufficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • 5-8 years' technical experience in a support role
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent customer-facing skills
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of enterprise computing environments, distributed applications, and TCP/IP networks
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and Mac OSX platforms
