ETF Servicing Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled ETF Servicing Analyst to join our global financial services organization on a 9-month contract. This role offers the chance to gain experience in servicing a diverse range of Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) within a dynamic and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality service to ETF clients by ensuring all operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports to clients and relevant parties.
  • Monitor daily ETF operations and liaise with stakeholders to resolve exceptions.
  • Act as an escalation point for Authorized Participants (APs), managing their queries effectively.
  • Build strong working relationships with Investment Managers and APs.
  • Identify and resolve service issues promptly, escalating where needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience servicing ETFs, with strong knowledge of the funds administration industry.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
