The role of Head of Customer Success is a key position within our organisation, focused on ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our products.
This individual will be responsible for leading customer engagement, retention, and development strategies to deliver on retention, expansion, and revenue targets. They will also manage success metrics around product consumption, active users, health score, retention, cross-sell/upsell, and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption, expansion, and retention.

Requirements:
