Senior Director of Global Pursuit Strategy

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our global pursuit strategy for major RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and proactive proposals across service lines and regions.

This senior role requires a leader who can shape winning themes and value propositions addressing client challenges in talent mobility, compliance, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will establish and govern a standardized global proposal process ensuring consistency, compliance, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global pursuit strategy
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, solution architects, and pricing teams to create tailored proposals
  • Foster a high-performance, client-focused culture within the team
  • Drive proposal analytics, reporting on win/loss, cycle times, and ROI of pursuit investments
  • Build and lead a globally distributed team of pursuit strategists, proposal managers, writers, and coordinators

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in proposal development and strategy
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with proposal software, CRM, and collaboration tools
