Business Analyst

As a key member of our investment services team, we are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support operational change and process improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to high-impact projects in a dynamic financial services environment.

We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of fund administration processes who can collaborate with stakeholders to build and optimize workflows. The successful candidate will have proven project management experience and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes and have experience with Investran, although this is not essential. If you have a strong background in fund administration and the ability to drive efficiency and productivity through process improvements, we want to hear from you.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Deep understanding of fund administration processes.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint for reporting and presentation.
  • Investran experience is a plus, but not essential.

Requirements:

  • Based in Ireland with the right to work full time without restriction.
  • Strong experience in fund administration.
  • Ability to build and optimize workflows.
