Job Overview

A technical role supporting business messaging APIs. This position is responsible for providing expert technical support to customers using our API.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch technical assistance to customers, ensuring timely resolution of cases and key performance indicator compliance.
  • Troubleshoot complex integrations, developing expertise in platform deployment and becoming a trusted authority within the team.
  • Manage a personal support queue, effectively prioritizing tasks and ensuring that customer issues are communicated clearly across engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between developers and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and facilitating seamless communication.
  • Contribute to improving tools, processes, and training for customer support, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with a strong foundation in programming principles and software development.
  • 2-4 years' experience working with APIs and backend systems, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
