About the Project Lead Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee high-profile projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budgetary control, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expertise to lead and manage project lifecycles, guaranteeing seamless execution and optimal outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Promote a culture of health and safety across the project site, ensuring a risk-free environment for all personnel.
  • Develop and implement detailed project programmes and short-term planning strategies to drive success.
  • Oversee procurement and subcontractor engagement in line with project timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure financial performance and reporting, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Lead value engineering initiatives and product development, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, providing accurate reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in project management principles.
  • At least 7 years' experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects, showcasing expertise and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards common goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a proven track record of successfully conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflows.
