Job Summary

This role involves overseeing administrative staff and ensuring appointments are booked effectively to meet capacity requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and process referrals as needed

  • Audit team performance

  • Submit time returns and provide key performance indicator data

  • Act in place of the Service Manager as necessary

  • Perform other duties assigned by management
