Job Summary
This role involves overseeing administrative staff and ensuring appointments are booked effectively to meet capacity requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the scheduling of appointments and process referrals as needed
Audit team performance
Submit time returns and provide key performance indicator data
Act in place of the Service Manager as necessary
Perform other duties assigned by management
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and effective time management
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
