Organisation Design Manager Role
Job Description

The role of Organisation Design Manager involves working with teams to drive and evolve people agendas in a rapidly changing global work environment. This entails partnering with clients to deliver complex transformation programmes, focusing on organisation design, change management, and business readiness.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of projects and workstreams primarily in organisation design, change management, and business readiness.
  • Work as part of delivery teams, supporting and owning deliverables.
  • Responsible for implementing project plans in collaboration with teams and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working in or supporting teams delivering organisation design, operating model, change, engagement, and business readiness.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop insightful, practical solutions.
  • Professional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree-qualified and highly numerate with relevant professional experience.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex business problems and develop appropriate solutions.
