Property Inspection Role Overview

This position involves conducting thorough property inspections to gather detailed information about the condition of properties. The role requires collecting and recording data, including any damage or repair needs, and documenting all aspects of the property through photographs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all inspections conducted using property management systems and internal reporting tools. Additionally, they will determine which area of the business needs to be involved after the inspection and collaborate with the commercial team to verify property vacancy and abandonment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough property inspections to collect detailed information about the condition of properties.
  • Gather and record data, including any damage or repair needs, and document all aspects of the property through photographs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspections conducted using property management systems and internal reporting tools.
  • Determine which area of the business needs to be involved after the inspection.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to verify property vacancy and abandonment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in property management or a related field is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Excel and utilization of inspection platforms.
  • Technical knowledge in property inspections.
  • Intermediate English language skills (mandatory) and Spanish language skills (desirable).
