Finance Business Partner Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This high-profile role involves partnering directly with senior leadership, shaping strategy and driving decision-making through financial insight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver high-quality financial analysis and reporting.
  • Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, challenging and supporting the business to set ambitious yet achievable targets.
  • Support the evaluation and preparation of business cases for strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor business performance, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations.


Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant with a strong academic background.
  • 5+ years' experience in business partnering, FP&A, or financial reporting.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Track record of improving reporting processes and delivering business value.
  • Advanced MS Office skills and experience with management information systems.
