Strategic Partnership Manager

**Job Description**
">- We are seeking a strategic relationship manager to lead and optimize our partnership with Allianz Services Private Limited.
As Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for governing, overseeing the performance of, negotiating contracts with, and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality services and value for us.
">Allianz Services delivers a broad spectrum of best-in-class services to us, including customer service, back-office support, and specialized functions such as Finance and Portfolio Underwriting.
">This relationship provides a unique opportunity to foster innovation by leveraging the expertise and technological advancements shared by Allianz Services.
">You will coordinate oversight of the performance of Allianz Services, conducting evaluations to ensure all contractual obligations are met, collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain or exceed service levels, and lead improvement initiatives to enhance standards continuously.
">**Key Responsibilities**
">- Build and maintain a strong, collaborative relationship with Allianz Services to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services and innovation opportunities.
- Nurture the relationship and ensure vendor activities deliver our strategic goals and operational requirements.
- Lead negotiation of contracts and pricing agreements on behalf of senior stakeholders, ensuring value while advancing strategic objectives.
- Establish robust oversight mechanisms to ensure compliance with our internal policies, procedures, and regulatory framework.
**Requirements**
">- Minimum 2 years' experience working in the Insurance or Financial Services industry, or in a regulatory environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or other relevant qualification.
- Previous people or performance management experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with service providers in a vendor management context.
