Meeting and Events Sales Manager

A leading luxury hotel in Dublin seeks a seasoned professional to lead their M&E Sales Team.

About the Role:
  • Proven track record in meeting and events sales management with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, coupled with talent for building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, motivate, and coach the M&E Sales Team to ensure outstanding Guest Satisfaction.
  2. Effective forecasting, planning, and rostering of the department to ensure seamless service delivery while adhering to operational requirements.
  3. Respond to initial enquiries and send out customized quotations.
  4. Promote hotel revenue and guest satisfaction by ensuring accurate and efficient processing of conference bookings, private functions, and weddings.
  5. Ensure all M&E requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
  6. Contribute to hotel sales projects, attending sales meetings and engaging with clients.
  7. Verify function sheets are produced accurately and in a timely fashion using established guidelines and procedures.
