Job Overview

The role of Human Resources Specialist involves collaborating with the Senior HR Business Partners and HR Manager to deliver effective HR services across local, regional, and global settings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support business partners in the execution of HR initiatives and activities within designated locations.
  • Implement global human resource strategies under the guidance of the HR leadership team.
  • Provide HR guidance to employees on various matters including benefits, payroll, policies, and practices.
Prior Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as business or human resources.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or equivalent education.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and MS Office applications.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and conflict resolution.

This hybrid role is based in Dublin and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business objectives, provide employee services, and ensure compliance with local and global regulations.
