Job Overview

The Global People & Culture Delivery Model is a dynamic and diverse team that delivers HR solutions across the portfolio. This role involves delivering timely and professional HR support for all colleagues, working closely with the HR Services Global lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage country-specific people & culture activities in employee lifecycle administration, compensation & benefits, provider management, employee services, and document storage.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation by reviewing documentation & policies.
  • Implement effective employee engagement & communication strategies.
  • Monitor visa trackers and manage visa reminders.
  • Validate data and deploy the salary review process locally.
  • Review payroll outputs, query complexities, and resolve issues with the payroll supplier.
  • Support new hire processes, offer management, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge contents in Service Now and develop new documents as required.
  • Support risk & audit NFC (compliance & reporting).
  • Manage case management and relationships with healthcare providers.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Support the shaping of people & culture processes in line with company policy and local employment laws.
  • Respond to queries regarding people policy & procedure.
  • Provide expert advice and support to the global organisation.
  • Remain current on people policies, programmes, and practices, and stay informed of new (and pending) local laws and regulations.
