Electrical Sales Representative

The Electrical Sales Representative will be responsible for connecting with potential customers across Ireland, fostering strong relationships and transforming leads into long-term, loyal clients.

This role is ideal for a sales professional looking to leverage their skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and will possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers through regular outbound and inbound sales calls.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as agreed upon with the line manager.
  • Monitor and analyse customer acquisition metrics to inform future sales initiatives.
  • Respond professionally to objections and secure successful outcomes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and support additional sales initiatives as required.
Requirements:
  • At least 12 months of experience in a sales or target-driven role.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a similar role.
  • Customer-focused mindset with experience selling to diverse customer bases.
  • Positive attitude, competitiveness, and self-motivation with a drive to consistently deliver results.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
