Sales Leadership Position

Our organization seeks a seasoned sales professional to assume a senior leadership role in our sales department. This key position involves driving business growth through strategic sales planning and execution.

About the Role:

This is an executive sales position that requires a proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong track record in sales target success and over-achievement. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel sales, with a focus on Corporate and/or MICE sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the overall commercial strategy and drive sales growth for the hotels within our portfolio.
  • Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing in achieving sales targets and implementing commercial strategies.
  • Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including corporate and leisure accounts.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' proactive Hotel Sales experience (Corporate and/or MICE) in a target driven sales environment.
  • Sales focused, target and results driven.
  • Must be a self-starter and strong closer, with multi-tasking ability.
  • Excellent levels of personal motivation and organisation.
  • Experienced in sales at both operational and management levels.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Global hotel brand experience is beneficial but not essential.
