About the Role
CPL is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their team in Dublin City Centre. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the OD team and internal stakeholders to support initiatives focused on learning and development, employee engagement, and overall organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing new employee onboarding and quarterly induction events, supporting the Learning Academy by organising training and maintaining records, and assisting in probation reviews, performance processes, and mentoring programmes. They will also handle communications, including emails, newsletters, and reports, help organise the Employee Survey and follow-up actions, and support the IDA Graduate programme and recruitment process.

Requirements
The successful candidate must possess strong communication and relationship building skills, with experience in HR administration being desirable. They should be proficient in HR systems, reporting, and training, and have a relevant Level 8 degree. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is also a plus.
