Job Title

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales and customer service experience to our customers. You will be the face of our brand, providing expert knowledge and assistance to customers in selecting the right parts and products for their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on selecting the right parts and products for their vehicles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and ordering parts and products.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by demonstrating a commitment to teamwork, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
  • Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfilling customer transactions.
  • ASE certification preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
