At the core of our organization's vision lies a robust security framework designed to safeguard systems, networks, and sensitive data. To fortify this foundation, we seek an accomplished Senior IT Security Officer with a proven track record in implementing and monitoring effective security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Solutions Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engineer and implement cutting-edge security measures that address emerging threats and optimize system performance.
  • System Security Requirements Definition: Develop and maintain comprehensive security standards and documentation, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Security Architecture Support: Assist in designing and implementing secure architecture controls that align with industry best practices.
  • Standards and Documentation Management: Establish and maintain rigorous standards for system security, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Vulnerability Management: Design and implement proactive vulnerability management tools, empowering incident response and automating routine security tasks.
  • Incident Response Leadership: Spearhead and contribute to comprehensive incident response activities, ensuring prompt resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Training and Awareness Programs: Deliver targeted training programs for technical teams and senior leadership, fostering a culture of security awareness and vigilance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in information security or equivalent roles is essential.
  • Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or similar security certifications are highly valued.
  • Technical Skills: Proven expertise in Windows environment security, Azure/O365 security, and DLP tools is required. Additional certifications or qualifications are an added advantage.
  • Standards Compliance: Familiarity with PCI, DORA, EIOPA, and ISO27001 standards is necessary.
  • Cloud and Scripting Experience: Proficiency in scripting, database/OS security, and cloud-based infrastructure (preferably Azure) is crucial.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are vital.
  • Vendor Management: Experience working with third-party vendors is beneficial.
