**About the Role**

We are seeking a Senior Sales Trainer to join our Dublin-based team. As a key member of our Revenue Enablement department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that elevate sales productivity and performance across the UK and Canada markets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute tailored training, coaching, and enablement programs to empower sales teams and drive regional success.
  • Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and product teams to address skill gaps and maximize program adoption.
  • Analyze CRM and sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through clear communication, collaboration, and structured feedback.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, coaching, or training, with proven success in driving measurable results.
  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales role in a technology or B2B environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, operations, and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and data analysis skills; proficiency with enablement tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, CMS, CRM) preferred.
