Company Overview

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) is dedicated to helping company owners grow their businesses by providing them with the best Google has to offer. As a Regional Product Lead, Media Effectiveness, you will have the opportunity to work with customers and help them achieve their goals.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop Measurement Solutions: Consult with customers to identify opportunities for business growth and develop holistic measurement solutions to address their business and marketing challenges.
  2. Analyze Results: Work with Sales and Analytics teams to interpret and study results showing Google's impact to customers.
  3. Position Google Results: Partner with sales to position Google results against the client's marketing objectives and drive conversations about growth.
  4. Identify Key Challenges: Collaborate with Sales and Global Product and Solutions Activation (PSA) to identify key challenges to unlock growth and develop scalable solutions across industry challenges.
  5. Define Client Maturity Curve: Collaborate with Global PSA to define and evolve the client maturity curve, considering multiple products to be used as a basis for the engagement model.
