Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Galway City.

About the Role

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support via phone and email to German or Norwegian speaking customers, ensuring friendly and professional communication.
  2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues by asking insightful questions and guiding customers through solutions for our range of medical products.
  3. Document every interaction with precision, following strict guidelines to ensure accurate and compliant records.
  4. Communicate findings clearly and effectively to customers, providing peace of mind and resolution.
  5. Manage and prioritize a constant flow of inquiries to meet and exceed performance targets.
  6. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Full professional fluency in German or Norwegian and English.
  • Curious and analytical mind with a passion for problem-solving and keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Customer-first mentality, dedicated to providing exceptional service even in challenging situations.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Background
  • Certificate, diploma, or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Biomedical, Healthcare, Nursing, Engineering or similar).
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical/clinical environment, a technical support role, or a customer-facing position in a related industry.
