Business Growth Opportunity:
This position presents a fantastic chance to join a dynamic team as a Commercial Growth Manager. Key responsibilities include expanding the organization's commercial presence by establishing new business partnerships and driving revenue growth.
You will be responsible for identifying, selling, and onboarding new clients. This is a fast-paced industry where you will engage with business owners and C-level executives to gain insights into their businesses and international payment needs.
Your goal will be to determine how the organization can help them achieve efficient and cost-effective solutions. You will develop and enhance your sales skills while positioning yourself as a thought leader within the organization.
This role offers the opportunity to work with an industry leader in the fast-paced FX market where global events and economic announcements impact daily discussions with prospects.
You will be a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and approach sales with an open mindset. You will be inspired by the work you do, the goals you achieve, and the opportunities you create.
The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to succeed and a desire to advance their career in sales. They will possess excellent time management, written, verbal, and prospect management skills.
The ability to articulate their value proposition and communicate effectively with C-Suite executives is essential. A strong desire to grow into successively senior roles within the firm is also required.
A background in foreign exchange and finance is preferred, along with proven sales and analytical skills for successful business generation. Previous outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience would be desirable.
A professional demeanor when interacting with prospective and current clients coupled with strong listening skills is necessary. The ability to work collaboratively towards a specific sales goal is also required.
