Customer Experience Strategist

We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team.
The Customer Lifecycle Marketing team's mission is to convert, activate, expand and deepen customer usage of Intercom and Fin. This role will own, build and deliver multi-channel campaigns that inspire customers to use more Intercom and Fin.
- Owning and executing customer lifecycle campaigns from strategy to copywriting, including building and QA managing everything end-to-end.
- Driving product adoption and expansion by launching campaigns that increase product usage of Fin and the Intercom Suite.
- Writing crisp, clear, customer-first copy ensuring every touchpoint sounds and feels like Intercom.
- Partnering cross-functionally with product marketing, product education, customer success, and growth teams to deliver cohesive messaging.
This role requires hands-on, end-to-end campaign experience across email, in-product messaging, push/SMS. A strong understanding of data and its ability to personalize and optimize is crucial.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle or customer marketing ideally in SaaS, B2B, or AI. They should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills.

- Hands-on campaign experience across multiple channels.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, product, and customer-facing teams.
- Strong understanding of data and its application in marketing.
