Automotive Operations Coordinator

This is a highly sought-after position in the automotive industry that requires strong organizational and communication skills.
About the Role:- Key Responsibilities:
- Create an optimal vehicle preparation process for new and used stock.
- Carry out thorough vehicle appraisals using our internal systems to ensure high-quality vehicles meet MSL standards.
- Maintain close relationships with various departments including Sales, Service, Parts, Bodyshop, Valet, and Management.
- Oversee showroom and display areas to create an excellent customer experience.
- Requirements:
- Prior motor trade experience, preferably with a service background.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Efficiency, attention to detail, and follow-up are essential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively.
- Strong IT and administrative skills.
- Flexibility in approach to work.
