Job Title: Member Services Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to deliver exceptional customer service to our members.

This role involves being the first point of contact for members, handling applications, updates and queries in a timely and efficient manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate membership records and ensuring that our systems run smoothly.

The position also involves supporting communications such as newsletters, social posts and event flyers.

A key part of this role is coordinating webinars, CPD sessions and in-person events.

You will work closely with the committee to ensure effective office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members
  • Maintain accurate membership records
  • Support communications
  • Coordinate events
  • Ensure effective office coordination
Requirements:
  • Super organised with great attention to detail
  • Strong communicator (written and spoken)
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and online platforms (Zoom, databases etc)
  • Friendly approachable and a real team player
  • Canva experience desirable but not essential
