We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our retail team as a Customer Service Representative. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional shopping experience.
In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on sales, customer satisfaction, and store maintenance. You will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
- Assisting with visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory control.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
