Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:
  • Preparing accurate estimates, cost plans and tender submissions for mechanical and cleanroom projects.
  • Reviewing technical drawings, specifications and project documentation to ensure correct pricing.
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to clarify scope, gather quotations and build cost breakdowns.
  • Assisting with procurement processes to ensure value and compliance.
  • Supporting the project team with cost analysis, forecasting and documentation as projects progress.
Key Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
  • Experience in estimating, cost analysis or tendering (cleanroom, building services or mechanical contracting background is an advantage).
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
