We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to join our team. As a Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high compliance standards across various sectors.
- This includes conducting site audits and providing quality feedback to project teams, supporting BCAR inspections and certification processes, and managing non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and provide quality input at project meetings, assessing risk and contributing to external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Develop and implement project-specific Quality and Inspection Plans, overseeing inspections, method statements, and compliance procedures.
- The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of quality systems, BCAR, and site compliance, with a minimum of 5 years' experience within a construction management role.
- A proven track record of effective communication and leadership skills is essential for this position.
