Business Development Representative

This role plays a pivotal part in driving business growth and expanding the pipeline through strategic prospecting efforts and extensive research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities primarily through outbound efforts
  • Manage inbound leads derived from outbound initiatives
  • Nurture early-stage opportunities to foster growth
  • Establish interest through cold calling across existing customers and breaking into net new logos within assigned territories
  • Collaborate with core sellers to identify and source net new pipeline, assisting with researching lines of business and personas
  • Align with internal account teams to drive results
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English languages, along with a valid working visa for Ireland, are required for this position
  • Experience in business development, sales, or related fields
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work across multiple organizational areas
  • Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into large lists of new and existing accounts
  • Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent year-over-year quota attainment
