Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years experience in Plant Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or relevant strategic function.
  • Track record of progressive leadership roles leading multifunctional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to define, establish, and complete a strategic vision by inspiring change across multifunctional teams.
