Human Resources Specialist

The Kepak Group is seeking an experienced HR specialist to fill this key role. This position will provide expert advice and support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver exceptional HR services.
  • Enhance people management capability across the site management team, empowering line managers and supervisors to handle people issues confidently.
  • Manage Employee Relations cases effectively, ensuring thorough investigations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, capability development, flexible working arrangements, absence management, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Produce regular HR metrics, providing insightful commentary to inform business improvements.
  • Lead on assigned ad-hoc projects, driving data gathering, research, and analysis to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to review and update Company/Site Policies and Procedures, staying up-to-date on current employment law and legislative changes.
Requirements:
  • CIPD-qualified or equivalent third-level qualification in Human Resources.
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working in a HR role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong IT skills in HRIS and Office packages, particularly Word, SharePoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage own workload effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
