
Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to promote and sell our orthopaedic trauma and extremities portfolio to healthcare professionals in the Republic of Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in medical sales or a related field, as well as strong commercial and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes.
- Attend relevant conferences and meetings.
- Technical qualification and aptitude for learning new surgical technologies.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in medical sales or healthcare service.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Ability to carry out risk/return analysis.
- Ambitious and driven individual with a desire to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Good administrative and computing skills.
