Drive Business Growth as a Senior Business Development Manager

This role offers the opportunity to spearhead growth and identify new business opportunities across all divisions of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building sustainable client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and negotiating contracts with clients.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Collaborate with department directors and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms and pricing are comprehensive and competitive while aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor account performance with internal stakeholders and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
  • Foster strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs.
